I have information that the agency has sold the delivered cylinder in black market. I-- cash memo no.[protected] generated on 05.04.2014 II-- cash memo no.[protected] generated on 10.04.2014 III--cash memo no.[protected] generated on 13.04.2014, but not delivered till now and on personal contact the Staff Of The Agencies are roughly behaving and abusing .
