I am a customer on Indane Gas, the name of the agency is Madhavi Gas Agency and my consumer number is 103002. I had booked a refill on 23rd October with booking number: 804098. After a long wait a cash memo was generated with number [protected]. Meanwhile, the cylinder in my house exhausted on 16th November and on Sunday, 17th November, when the office is supposed to be closed, I suddenly got a message that the cash memo was cancelled. The agency phone is never picked up and this is a complain from all its consumers. The phone number is[protected]. You can try it yourself and I am sure you wont get through to anyone. I went to the agency the very next day to inquire about it and to possibly get a refill cylinder. After standing in a line of over 50 customers who were also having the same problem, I reached the person who told me the same thing that every such firm or government call center tells you "The Server is Down" and I cant help you. They noted down my consumer number after an argument along with 100's of other consumers. The staff over there were very arrogant, disrespectful and of no help in this situation to anyone. They were making us go to the manager who is popular for not helping anyone. The lady manager told me that I will get my cylinder refill delivered today. I am sitting here writing my grievance to you as the cylinder is still not delivered and there is no LPG gas in my house to cook food. I am having to buy food for me and my family from my pocket 3 times a day. I still fail to understand how can a cylinder not get delivered to a consumer for almost a month and how can people survive with these problems. All the consumers are not able to book a refill also till the deliver happens and there were consumers fighting over there saying that they did not get a refill for 2 months now and were surviving without it. Every time they go come with this problem their consumer number is noted down and they are sent away. Please help me and other consumers to get a cylinder refill in this situation as this is becoming a regular problem with this agency. Was this information helpful? |
