Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked the LPG refilling through phone. Reference no. generated and bill no. also generated but when nobody came to give the cylinder after 5 days then I called to customer care . Customer Care person told we can't register the complaint till 7 days. After 7 days only we can register the complaint. 6th days one person called and asked me my address to give the LPG cylinder that person told he will reach after 3o minutes but he never reached. I again called him but did not picked my call. Next day Booking cancel message came. Immediately I again book throgh phone . When next day again called to customer care then he told we can't lodge the complaint regarding cancel because you again booked the cylinder. Again after 6 days one person called and told me I will give you cylinder tomorrow but I will sumbit your bill today and today you will get the cancel message. I denied after that he told I will again cancel the booking of cylinder.
I am facing a problem from long time with K-2 International Distributer
I would like to mention following things-
(1) Distributor Perosn whoever is coming to give the cylinder is talking on phone very roughly and thregtening that I will cancel it.
(2) Customer Care Phone No- [protected] . They are not lodging the complaint till 7th days or they are lodging the complaint if cancelled and immediate again booked it.
