Indane — Indane gas subsidy not received

Dear Team,

I have enrolled my aadhar card details with my bank in the month of Sept 2013 and in the gas agency i.e., Sri Saila Gas Agency Miyapur in the month of April 2013. I have got 2 cylinders til date but subsidy is not received till date.My consumer name is 54078 and my name is V Balaji . As per agency when i approached them they are telling link in RBI is not updated.
i request you to do the needful in this regard.
