I am a senior citizen of Jadavpur area in Kolkata having Indane Gas connection vide consumer No. [protected](20542) under Mangal Deep distributor. I have received refilled cylinder on 03/02/14 against Cash Memo/Bill No. [protected]. But till today I have not got the subsidy amount in my Bank account. I have got my subsidy amount twice in my Bank account before this. I have registered a complaint through Indane's website and got Docket No. 1257075 and reply that the Distributor has been asked by them to resolve the matter. But this M/S Mangal Deep distributor neither resolved the case nor helping me in this regard. They (distributor) are not picking up telephones for the last three days. They (distributor's employees) even refused to talk with me as I went to their office after 4 o'clock, one computer operator guy and another employee ill behaved with me. I regret to say that many people have made complaint against them to Indane but Indane did nothing against them. Once again, I request to Indane Gas authority to redress my grievance by giving my subsidy amount to my Bank account as soon as possible and at least alert the distributor for such misbehaviour.
