Indane — Passbook gas is lost

Whom so ever it may concern
dear sir i have booked a gas to my house it come and after that gas ends i saw that my passbook was not at my house .
It may be due to carelessness are any other reason .But it is lost.

So you are requested to issue us a new gas connection book. The gas connection book was earlier the name of shri byasmuni naurangia village, distributed from kotwa district-kushinagar (uttar pradesh).

And second thing can you provide us the consumer no. Because i have forgot it. My mob. No.-[protected]
