Indane — Regarding new connection

Hi, myself I K Mishra residing at C-33surajkund colony near laxmi shanker khare park gorakhpur 273001. I have applied for new connection on 6th Mar14 Wide reference no N[protected]. Till today neither any call nor any person came to visit or query. Although i have visited to nearest branch surajkund gas service fir the same more than 3-4 times but getting same response that new connections has stopped. By when will get the connection???
