My Indane login ID is TOMAJMER and my consumer number is [protected]. My gas connection was with Avantika Ajmer and recently changed to Rajdhara Ajmer. when i tried to login for online payment i could not login. it says the password and ID do not match. I changed my password but it still not working. my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com. Please help me sir. I am incapacitated due to fracture of leg and could not go to bank every now and then. Please

Dear Sir/ Madam, My consumer number is [protected], I have created my log in ID(Ramugowda) in the year 2016.Now when ever I tried to log in its showing me invalid user name or password.The problem in getting back the password is that the email id which I have given at that time is no more in service([protected]@gmail.com).due to which I'm not able to get back my password.So that I can retrieve my password and start using your online services. My consumer number is 11467 and distributor Pahan Gas Agency (IOC), Jamtara Jharkhand.I am trying to book online refill cylinder by using correct user ID and password but system always shown a massage "invalid user ID or Password.In this regards I have lodge a feedback report vide acknowledgement No 3199697 dated 08 Aug 2017 and Acknowledgment no 3199690 dated 08 Aug 2017. Till the time there is no satisfactory massage receipt from above mention feedback, however on the same acknowledgement a generated massage has been received as final reply Pending with IOC.Awaiting action from IOC. Please Help me how to encourage of Digital India, which is our PM/CM dreams.
