I Took Loan From Dhani Cash App, Previous The EMI deduction was proper. One time my account had insufficient balance, my emi amount and other penal charges was deducted after that but from then dhani cash has started deducting unnecessary cash from my account, Today on 5th Oct'21, my emi was about to deduct dhani has try to deduct as per the given date by me, but as today was the day of deducting money from account they also deducted penal charges with them, i could have understand if it was next day but they are charging penal charges on same, i wanted to ask them why these deduction are been happening but they dont have a proper number to call upon for complaint, please help as i am suffering from this issue of money deduction from several months..
