India Customs — Loss of parcel

Respected sir /madam

I have a parcel from USA by the tracking no CH[protected]US from USPS ..

From[protected] the status is handed over to delivery agent but after that no update or no tracking can be done... i am attaching the screen shots
I called up many times in the office
Kindly help me to get that parcel and looking forward for the update of that ...
