Respected sir /madam

I have a parcel from USA by the tracking no CH[protected]US from USPS ..

From[protected] the status is handed over to delivery agent but after that no update or no tracking can be done... i am attaching the screen shots
I called up many times in the office
Kindly help me to get that parcel and looking forward for the update of that ......

My parcel has not been delivered even after 45 days, customs department has moved to a new premises last month and they could have misplaced it as they dont have a clue on status.

My earlier complaints to consumercomplaints.in do not seem to have made any difference.

Tracking status:
No update since 4th december 2019

According to usps tracking information, a package i sent to india on may 2nd, 2018, has been held in delhi customs since may 7. It is now may 19, almost 2 weeks later.
