[Resolved]  India First Life Insurance — Avoiding the claim settlement

We remainder you about claim settlement several times to INDIA FIRST, Although INDIA FIRST received their required document dated on 07.03.2014,

We started to Call INDIA FIRST on 14.03.2014, when we call to INDIA FIRST, it said that always saying after 2days, not more than 2 days, with in 48 hours all are saying lies dates, several times i have sent mails to Claims department, Customer care and all of head department, but no use, can not give reply, Yesterday (01.04.2014) itself chat with INDIA FIRST Staff name: Shoba ... she wrote in Chat ... few things below...

01.04.2014- Shoba: Just now only i have confirmed the claim status from this relavent team, the decision will be Declared by tomorrow.

01.04.2014 -Shoba: You will getting the confirmation from our end only.


According to INDIA FIRST REQUEST request we called today at about 7pm, [protected], he said that i will check status, now system shutdown, can call tomorrow.

Again Today it self (02.04.2014) at about 7.20pm i called to Toll free - [protected], She said that send mail to claims department.

According to INDIA FIRST REQUEST, now again sent mail to INDIA FIRST claims department.

We want to waif for tomorrow evening, if failure to settle Claim, we would like to inform to all Media with perfect evidence for all INDIA FIRST POLICY CUSTOMERS Alert, next day we want to go to court, already My layer sent to Layer notice this company, so that directly can proceed to court ... if anybody can give advise or suggestion to me, give reply to My Mail- mahalaxmi.[protected]@gmail.com ... thank you and kindly know every IDNIA FIRST policy customer while making your claim...
