Hi Team,
Unfortunately i have similar unpleasant experience with india times team. I ordered a micromax phone from indiatimes on 15th November. This was supposed to be a gift for my father. Obviously the package was untouched till yesterday.
When my Dad opened the package on an occasion he was disappointed with the condition of the product. This was a huge embarrassment for me!
Below mentioned are the issues:
The box seal was open
The box and the phone MFG is of 2010. The phone and the box is 3 year old!
The handset also had minute scratches.
I am attaching the screenshots for your reference and expecting an immediate replacement for this.
