    My dhani one freedom card application and did not activated it still dhani started charging my subscription fee from that day one day i recieved a message and lot of calls that quarterly charge will be drbited from account contact [protected], they said u can only deactivate it from app so i paid subscription fee and after that i didnt got any cancel plane option i didnt took 1 rupee loan from it and dhani is charging subscription fee. i cant pay these fee uselessly plz deactivate my everyplane even deactivate my account frustrated due to their harassment and plz cancel my subscription

      I am not able to cancel my onefreedom subscription plan. When I try to cancel my subscription it is showing as I'm having due of 149Rs, but when I check to pay the due it is showing as no dues. Because of this I am not able to cancel my subscription. I dont have any pending dues and I paid all my subscription till now.
      Trying to sort the issue with dhani support team for more than 6month and they are not willing to help. Dhani support reference id :[protected]dated: 23/07/21), 25015822, 25016134, 25726944. I sent several emails to them and even called them. They are telling me that someone will call me to solve the issue. They are calling daily to tell new offers but no one called me to solve my problem. Please solve my issue.

        I am writing this email to check on the status of the refund for the transaction made from Dhani accounts to Myntra belonging to me & my mother.
        I am attaching refund-related details received from Myntra for your reference.

              I have taken a subscription for Dhani one freedom. I am paying rs. 865 every month for the privilege. If I am correct according to the terms I am allowed to spilt the entire amount into 3 parts and pay them in 3 months.
              This is my 3rd month using their service, and now suddenly they have blocked my access to the card and are asking me to pay the entire amount.
              When I contacted their support mail id, I got a very bizarre reply which really doesn't explain anything.
              I hope this situation is considered and a solution to the same found soon. Thank you.

              I got a call from Dhani asking to repay the entire amount otherwise they won't unlock the amount. I asked for the reason, they said "You have utilized 90% of the credit limit". Then when I enquired where exactly in terms and conditions is the same written, the person could not answer but stuck to the argument that the funds won't be unlocked and I have the pay the membership fee also. This is a sort of bully tactic that I did not expect from Indiabulls. Feels more like I took credit line from a loan shark.

                    I am a customer of IndiaBulls Dhani. I have taken a credit limit of Rs. 10000 which monthly subscription fees is Rs. 235.00 I have clreared their fees and I did it several times they have inactivated my credit line. After several intimation through mail, phone call they didn't activate my Credit Line. Simply, in this way they are looting customer, cheating with customer like me during this pandemic situation. Requesting to refund my Rs. .1880.00 I don't need the service any more., refund the amount.

                    Need immediate action.

I have bought some items in AJIO by using dhani card(Paid 1101.0rs) and later I changed my mind and canceled the order(cost of 480.0rs). The AJIO marchent has send my money refund. But I did not get the money into my dhani wallet. It's a worst experience.

                          मैंने इंडिया बुल धनी एप के क्रेडिट कार्ड से दिनांक 3जनवरी 2022 से 15जनवरी तक लगभग 25000की फ्लिपकार्ट मिंत्रा और अमेजॉन ऐप से खरीददारी की और कुछ ऑर्डर मैंने कैंसिल किए जिसकी धनराशि लगभग 19400रुपया है amazon Myntra and फ्लिपकार्ट ने रिफंड बना दिया था जिसका विवरण मेरे पास है परंतु धनी ऐप ने 3जनवरी से अब तक कोई भी वापसी नहीं दी है जबकि मैं उनकी किस्त समय से दे रहा हूं कृपया मेरी पैसों की वापसी कराई जाए जिससे की मैं धनी क्रेडिट कार्ड का पूरा पैसा देकर खाता बंद कर दूं धनी सुरक्षित एप नहीं लग रही है कस्टमर केयर से बात होना बहुत मुश्किल होता है कोई कुछ सुनता ही नही इसलिए श्रीमान जी अनुरोध है कि मेरी समस्या का जल्द से जल्द हल निकनवाने का कष्ट करे आपकी महान कृपा होगी

                              It's been two days of opening a account in dhani app. They themselves gave me daily credit card of 25000. But i haven't used there any facilities till date. They gave me a digital card. But i have not ordered a physical card.
                              They are forcing me to pay 598 rupee as monthly subscription and 2050 ₹ daily credit limit i don't want there any service and want to close my account but in there freedom section where settings symbol is there there is no cancel button showing in my app. Hence it's has become a headache. And iam fed up with there faulty policy so please provide me justice

                                      Wrong CIBIL reporting for dhani loan account CL09034947 for October & November 2021 and False promises being made.

                                      I RECEIVED A CALL LAST THURSDAY FROM YOUR GRIEVANCE TEAM PROMISING THAT THE LATE PAYMENT HAS BEEN REMOVED / CORRECTED AND MADE TO “0” FROM “43” days late for Loan ID CL09034947 in CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & EQUIFAX credit bureaus.

                                      However having refreshed the CIBIL report, EXPERIAN report and other bureau reports on 17.01.2022, TO MY UTMOST HORROR I still see the late payment of 43 days for the month...

                                      My Dhani credit limit has been inactivated for no apparent reason. My current dues (my first EMI portions) are all cleared. Next dues are to be paid in the month of Feb, 2022.
                                      However, the app shows the entire amount spent as due and asks me to clear the entire credit line that I have consumed in the "Dues now" section.
                                      I don't know if it's a software glitch or what. But nobody uses Dhani to pay all the amount at one go!
                                      Their customer care numbers are invalid and the chat support is a useless bot. So, I am pretty directionless at this point.
