Every time call there customer care i get answer as we have escalted your case and wait for 24 hours. deduction before due date

high rate of interest

I have taken a home loan in 2014 existing account - hhhlvas00370367
. Allo sudden they have changed my account number and increased roi from 9.5 to 13.05 with out any prior intimation. Now current market roi is near 8.5 % buy they are charging so much high interest rate.

account closure request

I have submitted my account closure forms for indiabulls securities at jaynagar office koramangala two years back. Still my account is still not closed, also i am being levied unnecessary charges. This is a complete harrasment. Also i had submitted a client master to transfer my stock to other account amd this is also not done.
