This is to your kind notice, that i'm a customer of indian bank, @ kanchipuram branch for the past 4&1/2 years. I had an emergency situation so i went to withdrew money from other bank which was nearer to me (State bank of india). I tried to withdrew the amount of rupees 1000, but it was declined again i tried it showed me the same message, even it didn't provide any receipts for declination. Later, i received a message from indian bank that cash of rupees 1000 debited from other bank, immediately received another message it showed your amount recredited into your account, so i went and checked in indian bank atm but it was not.
I directly met the bank person and gave written complaint about the same, she told me to wait for 15 days but my amount was not credited into my account. I called her to ask about the same she told me that still your complaint is in pending have to send to head office so she asked me to remind the same after 1 week. I called after she replied the same that your complaint is still pending so call me after 3 days the know about the status. It was a worst experience i never felt like this before. I have given the full details below.

Called after 15 days
Again called after 1 week
Again called after 3 days.
