Refunded money not credited into my account

I have made a deposit of 1000 in stake website but failed and money was not debited back so consulted the customer care and they said they have initiated the refund from their side and gave me that transaction id its been more than 25 days but still the bank has not credited it into my account....

The name of this bank should be 0 bank.
This bank is a useless 0 bank.
Anything you do in this bank, the frustrated staff has problems. They want to do nothing, just chit chat the whole day and earn there salaries for 'free'.
And especially if you want to do FOREX here, the bank will have 1000 qúestions to ask. And not only the questions, there basic problem is why is the person abroad! The jealousy of the government...

Unnecessary deduction in account
