Indian Bank — cheque not clearing more than 20 days

As i request to ur team kindly help the customers to give tat service.i deposited my cheque on 12/01/2018 still i didnt get any information about the cheque. I need emergency amount for some medical expenses when i visited the nearest branch they didn't give response and no one can explain the same..dear team kindly help to get clear my deposited cheque as soon as possible..
