[Resolved]  Indian Bank — complaints

Address: Rajouri garden new Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi, 110027

I hv been issued a refund of rs.24 on 29th june by amazon thru utr no. 286710 and the amount supposed to come in my account by 4th july but still not reflected in my account. I hv called customer service but they are not responding at all. So i hv to file this complaint. I hv faced these type of difficulties in getting refund by the same bank.
Requesting you to pls look into the matter.

Updated by Shalini79 Indian bank didnt take any action abv said complaint...i am attaching herewith the email received by me regarding refund ref. No...pls do the needful at the earliest.

Did not received cash from ATM but amount deducted

Indian bank sendhamangalam branch manager is not responding the customers and the staff shows their attitude...just for small work they make people to come back everyday or just asking people to come back after 2days...

Which is not fair to make people stress!!!

Yesterday our bank ATM Card use Rs 9500/- withdraw but not received amount, My account debit this amount, pls check and needful

Amazon has proccesed my refund.But bank didn't refund it.amazon gave refund referal number but bank didnt respont properly please take action about my refund money. Make the transaction quick.
