Indian Bank — misuse my atm card without my notice

Hi, an amount of rs 9600 has been withdrawn from my account with various atm withdrawal sequence numbers and 2 different atm ids

The withdrawals have been made on the following dates:

Acct number :[protected]
02/03/2017 - 1 withdrawals of rs 8000 at 07.26 pm
03/07/2017 - 1 withdrawal of rs. 1600 at 09.45 am

I request you to verify the issue and process a refund for the same.

The above cannot be atm withdrawals clearly as they are not in multiples of 100.

As i ordered one product from nykaa and at the time of online payment my money get deducted and till nw i havent receive that amount its been 2 month .my money deducted on 14th janurary at about 9:00 pm.
