Hi my name is Harish Kumar. I hold a account in Indian Bank (account number 6145*****) at J K Towers 100 feet road pondicherry 605013. There was a double debit of Rs.2, 686 occurred on 25/10/2017 when i made a purchase in a shop. I have requested for a refund of this amount and action with respect to my refund has not been taken yet. It has been more than 4 months and no action has been taken. Even after so many followups, I have not received a single response from the Indian bank officers. Appreciate if you could look into this at the earliest possible. Attached is also a screenshot of double debit transaction that happened.
