I made payment on 07/11/2020 at 10.49 a.m. by my debit card to avail Finance (gateway razorpay) of Rs. 14, 723.16
Amount deducted from my account but still not received to Avail Finance so it's stuck somewhere. So kindly do the needful at the earliest. Or refund that amount as soon as possible in my bank account.
Rs.14723.16 spent on POS/Ecom using IB Debit card on 07/11/20 10:49 at RAZ*Oasis Bangalo from Ac:XXX234940. Bal:4716.83 CR

Amount deducted from my account but still not received to Avail Finance so it's stuck somewhere. So kindly do the needful at the earliest. Or refund that amount as soon as possible in my bank account.

Still not received my stuck money. I raised complain on 30th November 2020.

The transaction displayed an error message but the amount is credited from my Indian bank account, when I checked in my husband's Kotak account still the amount is not credited. Hii, myself apurv sharma from Dehradun.
Yesterday i used pnb atm for need cash through my indian bank rupey debit cards. That time transaction was failed no money generate by atm.
But today morning i recieved msg of money dedution two times and i lose my money 4000/- i have also called to c.c. but that have no valid reason to answering me.
