Respected Sir/ Madam, This is a complaint to get your kind attention to the daily harassment by the employees of Petrol Pump situated in front of C21 Mall Misrod, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh who are using unfair means to earn extra bucks. 1. No full petrol/ diesel is given even though all the machines are automatic. 2. Quantity of fuel is less (compared with other petrol pump quantity). 3. Currency notes are completely torn and worn out ones, if asked for better ones, they argue that they haven't got any new or better ones. 4. Employees' behavior, some are extremely rude. 5. If new currency is given they return old and torn ones, in some cases the currency notes don't even have the security strip also, if asked for new/ better ones, they reply they haven't got any change. Therefore it is requested to please look into the matter has we have no other option but to take fuel from that petrol pump for our daily commute as other petrol pumps are far away.
