cheating people

Two days back i went to okkiyampet thorapkkam ioc petrol bulk (Opp to cognizant).

They are cheating people. I asked to fill petrol for rs300. But they filled only for rs100 and stopped deliberately.

Then they fill for remaining petrol. But the quantity of petrol is very low. I only realized after two days as mileage given by my bike was very low compare to other petrol bulk which i used before.

cheating customers with petrol quantity

I went to this petrol station, where i asked the attendant for rs100 petrol. So, without even typing the amount in the machine, he directly started pouring petrol, i asked why? He didn't reply and tried engaging me in talk and poured only 76.5 rs petrol and when i confronted him, he said i poured 100 and showed me reciept of 20 min earlier and said the time in petrol station aren't updated. indane gas delivery issue

My consumer number is Sshopkeepers1858 and gas agency is Shivam Indane in Deoghar Jharkhand. I have booked a connection but it is almost 10 days but I haven't received it yet. When I call them they say they don't have stock but in my locality I see the vendors from same agency giving domestic use gas to hotels and shopkeepers.I have even complained and got a complaint number 1-[protected] but till now no action is taken....

request for change in mobile number

charged more for fuel

I have access 125, i went for filling petrol pump at arihant filling and se today morning, the capacity of my vehicle is 5.6 l, however the price of petrol in jaipur is at rs 75.94 per litre, the guy who was present there charged me rs 500 which is next to impossible for my vehicle. I have payments details and everything. This is something beyond the capacity of my vehicle, it has happened at the same place before as well and i have the payment...

website/app both are really annoying, always comes up with error (something went wrong at our end)

I have done refill booking a week ago, now both website and app are such annoying comes up with same error — "oops - something went wrong at our end". This message is being popped up from past 2 days. Cant even check the status. All this problems started after moving from existing website/app to new.

There is scam of gas is stolen from gas cylinders by gas agencies nd delivery boy..
In now a days we have many technologies but there is no such kind of seal which is unbreakable..
Plastic seal is easliy tempered...
And gas delivery boys take extra 10. To 20 rupees to deliver gas cylinder nd behave like they are doing favour on me not there duty

This is really a very serious concerned paying for full...

no delivery of cylinder

I had booked my cylinder on 3rd august through ivrs/sms and also received a confirmation sms. Then i received a cash memo prepared sms. Normally the cylinder is delivered on the next day. However it was not delivered and when i contacted my gas agency, to my utter disbelief i found that they had registered my cylinder on 5th august. Now i am not getting the delivery of my cylinder. Please help....
