My consumer no. Is cx3347776 with ashu gas service, j-1/161, rajouri garden, delhi (Phone no.[protected] for which booking was made vide booking ref. No.652301 dt. 27.11.2017. Cash memo no.[protected] was generated but the delivery was not sent and a message sent that the booking stands cancelled. The matter was reported to agency. This connection belongs to my mother who is 86 years of age, bed ridden. The cylinder exhausted a few days back and spoke to agency incharge mr. Vinod bhardwaj, and they informed that supply personnel are not available that is why it happened and promised to send the delivery by 5th december, 2017.
