Subject: Urgent Attention Required: Continuous Delay in LPG Delivery
To whomsoever it may concern at Indian Oil,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing delay in the delivery of LPG cylinder, despite multiple service requests raised through the Indane website.
As per the records, the order for LPG was placed on the 16th of April 2024 through the Indane website (https://cx.indianoil.in/). However, to my dismay, there has been no delivery of the LPG cylinder till date.
Despite raising over three service requests through the Indane website, all of which have been closed without any resolution, the LPG cylinder remains undelivered, now nearing a month since the initial order.
To address this issue, I have attached the registered post receipt sent to the gas agency highlighting the persistent delay in serving the LPG. As per the Essential Commodities Act, LPG is deemed an essential commodity, and every effort should be made to ensure its timely delivery to consumers.
Despite my repeated efforts, both through online forms to Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and directly to the agency, there has been no satisfactory response or resolution. This continuous delay has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my household.
Regrettably, if this matter remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to escalate it further by initiating a consumer case against IOCL and all relevant parties involved.
For your reference, I have attached copies of the letter sent to the gas agency along with the corresponding invoice.
I earnestly request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution to ensure the timely delivery of the LPG cylinder.
