Indane gas cylinder - not delivered even after 11 days of invoice generation

I had booked for Indane Gas Cylinder refill on 03rd Jan 2025 and the invoice was generated on 03rd Jan 2025 with the order reference number[protected] & consumer id [protected]

The refill cylinder has not been delivered even though it has been 11 days since the invoice was generated. I am not getting a proper response from the agency even after multiple calls (not picking up calls). The reason is that the delivery person has gone on vacation to Rajasthan. Until he returns, the cylinder will not be delivered. The agent is not picking up the call. I have raised the ticket five times., tickets close at midnight of each complaint raised without a solution
