Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — New gas connection issue

Dear Sir,

As per your instruction we went to Bhawan Indane Gas Agency in our City Shamli but there behaviour very rudely against people and sale a new connection in 4900 Rs in this price includied things are as 1 cylender, 1 stove, Pipe, Regulator, 1 Lighter.

Is there anybody to take action on them? Will my complaint be ever heard? I know I am not the only victim of this but because this is India where I live, so I have to suffer.

you will give me best solution in this matter. The Distributor name is Pankaj Mani dist shamli, Uttar Pradesh Agency name is Bhawan Indane Gas Agency
