Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — non home delivery of lpg cylinder to our home

Sir, i am a consumer of indian oil corporation but i not receiving the cylinder at our home so take the necessary action so that i will able to get it delivered at our doorstep. Also they are not providing us the invoice and charging extra money from the consumer. They are not delivering a single cylinder to our home and also returning us by saying that cylinder is not available right now when we go to there store.
