On July 3, 2022, I placed an order for an LPG gas cylinder (Booking Id:[protected] through the Indian Oil app and paid Rs 1100/- via my UPI app. However, the Indian Oil app still displayed "Pay" against that order. That means my UPI payment was not credited to IOCL. Even my bank statement clearly indicates that the amount of Rs.1100/- was credited to IOCL. However, I decided to cancel this order and place a new one. As a result, my new order Booking Id became[protected]today the Cylinder was also delivered against this order), and I did not use online payment this time. I immediately submitted a service request to IOCL[protected] to inform them of the problem. They responded that Rs.1100/- had been refunded and would be credited to my bank account within three to four working days. However, to date (July 7, 2022), the said amount has not been deposited. I am requesting that the IOCL authority refund Rs 1100/- (against the canceled order[protected] to my bank account as soon as possible.
