Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — subsidy not credited to my bank

Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, 221010

Have lpg connection no. Sr8482 at sriram gas agency, birdopur, varanasi.

But last month (Nov17) no subsidy amount credited in my account while early to nov17 it was regularly crediting to my kotak bank account.

Kindly suggest concern deptt. Authority to pls enquire & credit the same to my kotak bank, all relevant documents enclosed.
