This is to inform you that I Raja Bose, residing at santoshpur Govt colony, block—B, Maheshtala, 24parganas(south), West Bengal. I was an indane gas cosumer of p.k. music stores(distributor), consumer no—28574. Recently p.k.music stores could not delever my cylinder properly due to long distance From my house. Then p.k music stores transfer my connection to my nearest indane Gas distributor—GOPAL GAS SERVICE, situated at maheshtala.I was issued TTV(transfer termination voucher) but my nearest distributor Gopal Gas service do not accept my connection . TTV is generated By IOC system but why Gopal gas service do not accept my connection. I attached TTV copy in attached file.
