Indian Oil Corporation — non-delivery of lpg refill

complaint no. IO[protected] dt. 23.11.13 against booking no. 513888 dt. 08.11.13 has not yet been resolved inspite of passage of three clear working days after the complaint in the helpline. The status of delivery is not known and I am facing much hardship due to exhaustion of both the cylinders. May please look into for necessary redressal at the earliest.
