Today I filled up petrol at High Tech Auto serivce 11/a, 19th Main 25th cross HSR Layout, Bangalore. The guy who filling petrol has not showned me the Zero before filling, I asked to give me the computer generated bill, he said it is not working, on top they were trying to abuse me. Then I asked for complaint book, but as usual there is no complaint book, then they said they can show the status online and I waited for more than 15mts but invain. So net to net this is cheating the public and not caring about the consumer.
These are my cashbill details: 31028 dated 6th jan 2014. I am hoping some one will take an action on this. Was this information helpful? |
