On March 20th i cancelled my order in big basket. They say that they have initiated the refund amount ( ₹3342 ) the refund reference number is 9cb10ca7588d93f8b6e4. But till now i haven't got the refund amount. My account number is [protected], please help me to get the refund amount.

N[protected] is my complaint ref number with RBI Ombudsman, After giving all details and having a discussion in person with senior bank officials it has been more than 1.5 years and the said bank IOB is said to issue me compensation of Rs 50000 as the case revolves around issue of a DD long time back and it seems Sanghi Plantations Ltd did not recieve them and so my investment was affected. Then the IOB bank did not report back to me...

Rs 1371.26 was deducted from the savings account on March 5 2023 in a series of smaller amounts of 118, 53.11, 177 for Charges-MI.

When enquired at the IOB Branch, they informed us the charges were for not maintaining minimum balance. I have consistently maintained minimum balance through the year 2022. Only in January 2023, the balance came down below the minimum balance. I got to know that minimum balance charges for a month...

This is Niranjana devi from pondicherry my branch 100 feet road. Debited my money from my account 2 time for DCAMC. And today 5.03.23 again they debited 3 times for MI charges. Im a college going girl what i do if they took all the money from my account. Please kindly help to to get the money back they are cheating us.

I am using IOB bank from past 4 years from last three months they are simply deducting the money in the name of bank charges. When I saw the passbook it was written as CHARGES-MIN BAL ONC/01-10 -
2019/[protected]

2020/[protected] why are they deducting money in 2023, If I had not maintained min balance in 2019 or 2020 they should have cut those charges then itself. My account was completely...

I don't know how they are changing MI because i have almost 3000 balance but today morning continously message is coming 8 times deduction details totally RS.807 deducted, what the hell IOB Doing i thought this is the worest bank i never seen earlier. Yesterday also RS.17 deducted....

Today[protected]March 5 at 6:51 am the iob bank have deducted 891.73 rs have been deducted from my account they took 82.60rs 8 times and 123.70 rs 1 time and 107.33rs 1 time total of 891.73 rs have been deducted as a mi charges.i need a clear explanation for this....

Nature of problem: Not able to reset internet banking password

Attempt 1: Tried to reset it through web with required information.
Result : No password reset e mail received as expected

Attempt 2: Tried to reset it through web again
Result: Not allowing to initiate the process since e mail is claimed to be sent

Attempt 3: Sent e mail to [protected]@iobnet.co.in...

I've applied for MOOVALUR RAMAMIRTHAM scholarship and government has been providing me with Rs.1000 every month. In my account there is a huge amount of Rs.7002. But today midnight around 3'O clock, I received many messages from iob. They stole more than Rs.2500 from my account. I need that amount immediately....

Greetings team,

I have savings account in your bank
The account condition are.
Balance to kept in saving a/c are perfectly maintained
And the facility is with the this account is atm facility.

Now i want to ask why the bank is and your system is deduct Rs.118/- for minimum balance charges for 8 times and Rs.177/- for MI charges for 5 times finally one Rs.44/- and Rs.53/- charged in one day...

In your bank, you have our mobile numbers and other contact details...

You could have mail me the thing which is going to happen in your bank that we dont maintain minimum amount in your bank...

Please refund my deducted amount.

I dont know that intentionally you are doing or not...
