I am being iob account holder for more than 10 years. My atm card has been expired on 12/2015. Immediately i have applied for the new one. But yet i didn't receive. I walk through twice a month for this. Being a senior citizen i couldn't follow up and also the response from the bank employees disgusting me. If i go today they tell me to come after two days, again when i go they say come again. I'm really tired...

Never trust this bank... Worst experience i have faced till date... Rural bank provide better service then this bank.

I have withdrawn 5000 from iob atm but i received only 4100... Very next day i complained for the same...

After few months i booked 2 tickets through irctc and cancelled the same but received only one amount and the other one is still pending its been 4 months... I am...
