I'm GOVINDAPOULLE Quentin-Balagourou from France.
Since three months, I'm not able to login through the bank website as my password is expired. Through website I made request for a temporary password by clicking on 'forgot password', but, didn't receive the password. I sent two mails (17th December 2023 & 02nd January 2024) to IOB Puducherry main branch without any response from their side. Through phone not able to contact them.
