Indigo Air Lines — Money deducted from bank but ticket not sent

I have tried to book my ticked from kolkata to mumbai by flight two times. Both time the payment has been deducted from my account with transaction id ig0anwecu1 and ig0anwfqz9. Both time rs 5075 deducted but ticket not sent to my e mail id. How i will get my money back. What is the proceduer or it is just a loss for me.
