Very very bad experience we had a flight 6E 315 at 6.35 am on 9oct2015 .we all reached the gate at 6.15am because second security gate had too much rush. We requested the manager name Mr Arun who was there on that gate but he was sooo rude and just kept playing a game on his cellphone without paying any heed to our request for good 9 minutes. Further ur employees at gate number 20 was extermly rude with my wife for good 9 minutes we were juggled between the two gates. The funnier part was that their watch was four minutes ahead of Indian standard time. I have never faced this kind of insensitivity at the hands of customer interfacing employees. Certainly not what TATA stands for. All this has caused me great deal of mental stress and I had to shell out extra 9600 for booking the tkt in the next flight which was 5 hrs later! Hope u take note of this complaint t and compensate the stress and extra expenditure that we were forced to shell...)
