[Resolved] IndiGo Airline — Parents & Children splitted in different airline with notice

I would like to raise the
following concerns with Indigo Senior Management.
1.
Flight cancellation was
notified only 1 day prior
2.
All the adults were moved in
one flight and all children in another without our knowledge. It happened with
3 families travelling with me.
3.
I had to be over the call with customer service for half of my day during the travel when I was supposed
to do my local sightseeing which I finally missed.
4.
Staff at Srinagar Airport
terminal was very rude and gave me warning to call Security when I was
requesting to move the parents and children in same flight.
My overall experience with Indigo
was pathetic. I lost lot of my time with them over the phone which I could have
enjoyed in local sightseeing. I would never like to travel with this airline
again in future.
