[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — account debited but travel certificate not generated.

I have made a payment of rs. 200/- on 07.01.2019 for generating travel certificate for the pnr no. Ekz3yg. The bank account has been debited but the travel certificate has not been generated. The travel certificate has also not been sent by email later. The customer care puts call on hold every time. I remained online and waited for the response for around fifteen minutes many times.

Hi I travelled from delhi to Kathmandu.I had kept 10, 000 in bag chain that i needed in kathmandu.When I opened my bag, chain was opened and money was not there.My money is stolen after check in only.i want my money back.

As checked the email id registered under the mentioned PNR is of your concerned travel agency. Please get the registered email id updated at bit.ly/2D8bAn6 on our website and you may then retrieve your Travel Certificate by click on bit.ly/3Ltc1cC by entering PNR and the email id.
