I had a flight at 7:10 n I was at the airport at 6:15 and the had to be in such a queue at the entrance and at the counters that I missed my flight . They mixed all the passengers into a single queue and means the persons whose flight was at a later time to mine were also in the queue ahead me. When my turn came the person at the counter said that I missed my flight and said me that why I didn't inform him earlier that I was about to miss my flight . How would I know which people is checking I for which flight among the persons ahead me ? Or I guess I should had to push others and jump the queue to the counter to chek in . When I enquired another flight on the same day there was an additional 10000/- to be paid and there was no refund . Was it my fault to maintain discipline at the airport being in the queue ? Shouldn't there be different counters for different flights or some announcements prior to closing the gates for a specific flight? This is a free suggestion which you can consider as I believe you people don't have brains to manage the crowd at the airport but probably this is new idea to make money by cheating people . Due to this I had plan my trip to my hometown to celebrate diwali with my family . N even after cancelling my plan it cost me all total 15000 /- including non refundable air fare, cab charges to and from the airport and tensions and leaves of 8 days . Very very bad experience and would never prefer indigo n even not recommend anyone ever . Was this information helpful? |
