I booked a ticket from Kolkata to New Delhi on 14th of January 2018, I was debited an amount of Rs. 8, 972.00 but the Booking did not happen and I did not receive any PNR. The Transaction Reference Number is[protected]IGACSKIZY3. On contacting the Customer Care I was told the ticket was not booked so I booked another ticket in the same name and route within 15 minutes as I had an emergency this time via a third party website. This ticket bearing Transaction Number[protected]IGACSKJDW9 with an amount of Rs. 9, 425.00 as prices had increased, this transaction was successful and I took the journey.
Kindly refund the first transaction amount as it was wrongly debited.
