That my son sri pratyush ku. Das's flight no6e139 from kolkata to agartala was to departure from kolkata on 14.12.16 at 9 pm. Accordingly he went to luggage counter for submit his luggage by 8.30 am as because he came to know by the announcement on display board that the same flight was delay and to be departure at 9.40 am. But the staff at counter deny to receive his luggage as said that the luggage receiving has already been closed. Than he move to customer desk for help to receiving his luggage. But the behaviour of the staff at customer care was so brutality and annoying without helping my son. Than he try to entry by all his luggage to boarding the flight at 9 am and some one of your staff said that the flight is now ready to take up. He demoralized and felt help less what to do. No body come forward to help my son. On having harassment by your staff he book current flight online by rs.5015/- which was at 2.30 pm. But on proper inquiry he came to know that the said flight was delay. Than he enter to the flight with his all luggage with very horrible condition lastly his luggage was received manual with a rough comment by your staff near the airbus. After entry in to the air bus he
Cancelled his current booking by loosing of 2800/-. The entire lose of money was due to non-cooperation and chaotic management of the system by your organization. This complain may be treated as notice for the consumer court of law for harassing and mental torture by your staff at air port without any fault of the passenger.
