Sir, i am mr. Thomson varghese. I had my ticket to travel by indigo 6e-222 on 22 august 2016 from guwahati to delhi and onward journey by 6e-929 from delhi to nagpur. The flight from guwahati took off late and so reached delhi late, hence i missed the connecting flight. I approached your office for help to proceed. And there i was treated very badly. At the end of all, i had to pay from my pocket and book another ticket, travel through different routes to reach my destination. I travelled late into midnight through strange circumstances, had to undergo lots of struggles, all due to the irresponsible behaviour of the officers in delhi.
I fully agree with flights getting delayed at times.in which case, i also know, as per the law what action the the company should take for the safe passage of the passengers.
Instead of the support, what i experienced was rude and rough interrogations like "why did you choose this mode of flying" "could you not choose a flight which had more lay over time" etc... I just do not want to repeat the words i heard from the officer at delhi.
Thanks be to god, my life is now fine after that day's hectic travel. I can never think of travelling any more with indigo or recommend anybody for the same. I do not want anyone to be punished or any compensation too.
I just want to tell you that honour people and thus you will be honoured and recognized for what you do.
