We were traveling from doha to mangalore via hyderabad on date 7th june and we missed our baggage at hyderabad.. We called them regarding baggage till now we din received our baggage.. We could not have take tickets on indigo if we knew that we have to collect our baggage from hyderabad ourself.. They have been telling us that u will get it tomorrow all the time we call.. Very poor service
