[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — baggage misplaced

Date of incident: 13/05/2018 & 14/05/2018

Description:
On 13 may 2018, after attending a two-day meeting, we (Mr. Pratik khandelwal, pnr llzc7b, mr. Dilip mahobe, pnr cfekmd, dr. Meenakshi rathore, pnr aecgng) were traveling together from guwahati to kolkata to raipur. At guwahati, we check-in our baggage (One bag of each). The authorized person at the counter put all three tags of each bag in the boarding pass of mr. Dilip mohabe. We were okay with that because we all know each other very well and were traveling together.
Due to bad weather, our flight (6e 708) delayed about 4.5 hours at kolkata airport. Many flights have delayed there at kolkata airport. When we board at our flight from kolkata to raipur, airport people forgot to board check-in baggage of all passengers, who were having a connecting flight like us. They got to know it at the raipur airport when we all (Approx 41 bags) were waiting for our bags. They have promised to deliver our bags at our given locations.
Next day i sent my representative to collect our 3 bags (Tag no.: e [protected], 51, 52). However, the airport people said that they already dispatched all luggage. They were also not able to give the name and mobile no of the driver or airport person who was supposed to deliver my bags, because according to them, one person with the vehicle is appointed to deliver the bag of one passenger.
Anyway, i was waiting for our bags. At about 1:30 airport person (I have taken his name, mobile no, and photo) came to my location but handed over only two bags (Of mr. Pratik and mr. Dilip). One bag (Tag no.: e [protected]) was missing, even he didn't know that he has to deliver me three bags. Because i got only 2 bags i haven't signed on the receiving paper. Contradicting the statement of airport people, the delivery person was having about 8 bags. The bags were also loaded in a small and open auto. Since then i am enquiring about my bag in the airport (Phone no[protected], but they are not able to locate it. I am guessing that one of my bag is fallen down on the way from the airport to my location (As it was loaded in a small and open auto, without any safety).
Now, my request is to please take action against this irresponsibilities:
1. For not loading the check-in baggage of so many passengers
2. Misplacing one of my bag
3. For providing wrong information (That one person is taking care of bags of one passenger)
4. For delivering in a highly negligent way (In an open auto and the authorized person didn't know the quantity of my bag)
5. I also request a refund equivalent to baggage value.

My baggage value:
1. Bag cost: rs. 2900/- (Newly brand bag of aristocat)
2. Two formal jackets, total approx cost rs. 2000/-
3. Two formal wear, total approx cost rs. 3000/-
4. Two set night suits and other clothing, total approx cost rs. 3500/-
5. Cosmetics & miscellaneous, total approx cost rs. 1000/-
6. Emergency cash, rs. 6000/-
6. The total value of the luggage = 18, 400/-

Hi,

As I mentioned that Tag no of my baggage was put in the boarding pass of Mr. Dilip Mohabe having e-mail ID- [protected]@rediffmail.com. He was traveling with me.

Approx. 15 days back, I got a call from the Indigo representative, but after I haven't contacted by anybody.

My PNR was aecgng and my email ID is meenu.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile no. is[protected].
It is requested to please contact me at my email Id and mobile no.

Expecting from Indigo to close this matter asap.
