I travelled from Udaipur to Delhi flight on 6 Jan 2020 (6E 2323) with one check in baggage and one hand baggage. As the flight was running late my hand baggage was taken from me at boarding gate and assured that it ll be handed over at belt itself. After reaching delhi and waiting for more than an hour when discussed with ground staff they told me that they left it at Udaipur only.
They promised to handover the bag to me by 6 PM directly at my office. I had to call repeatedly to get updates. Then in evening it was agreed to deliver on 7th Jan.
From morning, I am chased constantly without any resolution and new queries from the staff on sharing PIR, details etc.
The biggest issue is not restrained to mistake they made by missing the baggage at Udaipur but now its pain I took to get the details without any resolution.
Finally I got the bag on 7th afternoon after chasing with CharterX, where the delivery boy was expecting tip for delivering bag to me.
It is a very sad state of affair and how indigo handles it is completely unprofessional.. Was this information helpful? |
