Indigo Airlines — Being fragile baggage broken into 2 pieces

I made my checked-in baggage as fragile but indigo airlines do not understand the meaning of 'fragile' due to which i got my checked-in baggage broken in 2 pieces. The baggage was thrown in front of my eyes.

I dropped my baggage at chandigarh airport and got it broken in bhubaneswar airport.
Kindly give me a new baggage. Pictures are attached for the same.
