I am a frequent traveler by your airlines. My PNR reference no. Is T66NPS on 13 june 15. Flight timing is 0610 am from hyd to ghy. I have reported to airport at 0510 hrs, collected the boarding pass and security check has also been completed. It is not understood if once boarding pass has been collected and undergone the security check it means the passenger has reported for boarding. After security check i have reported near boarding gate at 0553am still there is time for flight take off. After reaching there it has been told that check in gates are closed and try for next flight. During the converstion the ground staff lady i dnt want to mention the name behaved so carelessly and said that check in gates are closed you cannot board the flight. I am a defense personnel i have to report to my workplace on the same day. Moreover she said that anouncement has been given but no such announcements are made against the passenger name. Because of her irresonsibility shown by the lady again i had booked the ticket for Rs. 19000/- after 2 days. If she wants she could have tried for boarding but being a lady she behaved merciless. You are requested to refund the amount. This is my worst experience i had ever faced with ur airlines because of that lady ground staff.
